For Easter Break, check out our Easter Program. In May, we are thrilled to welcome Sri Lankan chef Rishi Naleendra*, of two-Michelin-starred restaurant Cloudstreet in Singapore. Born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Rishi trained at the renowned William Angliss Institute in Melbourne, Australia.  Like him, his food is an eclectic mix of cultures and influences that cannot be put in a box. Rishi is perhaps best known for blending his Sri Lankan cultural heritage with Australian influences, and is respected for his bold, inventive culinary creations. During the month of May*, experience his gastronomic wonders for yourself at ÀNI Sri Lanka, with one lunch and one dinner cooked and prepared by Rishi himself during your stay.

Guests will be treated to a unique mixology session, and you will pick up some ‘New’ skills and be entertained at a Sunset Mixology Show, a Cocktail Class and an After Dinner Fire Mixology Session, with events taking place every evening during your stay. Yoga & Wellness Wellness Retreat*:
Suzy proudly wears the dual hats of instructor and perpetual student, fervently dedicated to Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. During your Wellness Programme in May, the classes will delve into a daily focus on a specific chakra. Starting and ending each day, you’ll engage in various practices, spanning yoga, healing sound baths, meditation, and mindfulness. To suit this holistic focus at ÀNI Anguilla, we will offer a bespoke wellness menu and a selection of revitalizing juices and mocktails, alongside our usual gourmet all-inclusive dining.

There will also be ample time on each retreat to enjoy all of our other luxury inclusions: all meals, served in unique settings, soft drinks and free-flowing premium wines and spirits, non-motorised watersports, one beach barbecue per stay, butler service, exciting local excursions, cultural activities, cookery classes, mixology sessions, a sunset cruise and much more.

Situated in the center of the Dominican Republic’s northern shoreline between the magnificent Samaná Peninsula and Cabarete, the birthplace of kite surfing, ÀNI Dominican Republic is perfectly placed for exploring the Amber Riviera. Known as such for its rich amber deposits and golden beaches, the coast is backed by lush jungle and the Cordillera Septentrional Mountains, while the tropical waters offshore teem with marine life.

Seasonal Program*:
Calling all music lovers! During May, we will host our own Caribbean Rhythms Showcase: a month-long celebration of the diverse sounds and beats that define the Caribbean. From salsa and merengue to compas, reggae, bachata, jazz and more, be immersed in captivating music, performed by established and upcoming Caribbean artists.

We will host live bands, who will perform music from different Caribbean genres on alternate nights or according to guests’ preferences. Performances will take place during sunset or after dinner. Guests can interact with the bands and even have a go at playing some of the instruments if they wish. We will also collaborate with local music schools, institutions and artists to enhance the experience. Music lessons can be arranged for interested guests (an additional fee may apply).
