About Us
ÀNI is the world’s first private resort collection. Founded in 2010, ÀNI Private Resorts offers exclusive retreats in the most beautiful and far-flung corners of the earth, from the Caribbean to Southeast Asia. Each ÀNI destination is designed exclusively for a single group of guests, accommodating up to 20 or 30 guests across 10 to 15 suites. Currently offering four resorts worldwide, ÀNI’s destinations include Thailand, Sri Lanka, the Dominican Republic, and Anguilla, each claiming panoramic ocean views in a pristine natural setting. Consummately private, each resort operates as an all-inclusive except ÀNI Anguilla which is on a half-board basis. They offer every facility and space a group of guests could possibly desire during their stay. A full complement of staff (between 20 and 30 per resort) tailors every detail – from dining and spa treatments to kids’ activities and exploration of the region – to ensure a bespoke experience that defies expectations.

About use of our sites
You agree to use our sites in accordance with these terms and conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the sites. If you don’t comply with these terms, we may deny you access to our sites.
Our sites provide online booking facilities. If you wish to make a booking at any ÀNI Private Resort, you should follow the instructions for making a booking that appear on the relevant page. Any booking that you make will be subject to your agreement to further terms and conditions in respect of that booking. We will notify you of the relevant terms and conditions, which you will have to accept to complete your booking.
You may download and print content from any our sites only for your private, personal, and non-commercial use. We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading is free from infection, viruses, trojans and/or other contaminating codes.
You agree to provide information that is truthful and accurate. You agree to use the enquiry and booking forms on our sites to make only genuine enquiries and/or bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.
You will not use the sites to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post our content on another site, frame or mirror any of our sites or link to any of our sites without our prior written consent.
You grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use (including but not limited to publishing, exploiting, and modifying) any material you email, post or submit to us. For the avoidance of doubt, we will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, content, text, or images contained in your communications with us for any purpose whatsoever, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

About access to our sites
We try to update our sites regularly, so we may have to suspend access, service, or functionality on any or all our sites, from time to time, without notice. If required, we may have to close any or all our sites indefinitely. We will not be liable if, for any reason, any of our sites are unavailable at any time or for any period.
As information or data transmitted to or from our sites pass over public telecommunications networks, we can’t promise that the operation of our sites will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. You agree not to do anything that does or may interfere with the proper working of the sites including but not limited to tampering with, or hacking into, the sites or the servers on which they reside.
Some of our sites have sections accessible only by a user identification password. From time to time, we may restrict access to those sections, or to the entire site, to users who have registered with us. If you choose, or you are provided with, a password, you must treat such information as confidential and only use it yourself. We may disable or suspend your access or any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time in our sole discretion. Our issuing of passwords is not a promise of continued use or access to the sites or any data you might store on them.

We own, or are the licensee of, the intellectual property rights in the content of our sites, including but not limited to text, photos, graphic designs, images, audio, video recordings and any data entered or stored by you (the intellectual property rights in which you assign to us).

About Prices
Our rate cards set out the charges applicable to your stay at any of our properties. Just call or email us to request a copy.
While we try to make sure all the information and prices on our sites and rate cards are up-to-date, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. We’ll let you know of any changes in price before you confirm your booking.
About Cookies
We use “cookies” to store and collect information regarding your usage of the site. These “cookies” are pieces of information stored by the browser on your computer’s hard drive. They send information stored on them back to our web server when you access our site. It helps us to know what you’re viewing on our sites, and how you navigate around the sites, which ultimately helps us make improvements to the sites. The Anguillan courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim related to a visit to our sites. These terms of use will be construed in accordance with, and governed by, Anguillan law.
You agree that we may assign or novate these terms to anyone without notice to you.
