Meet your guide: L. J. Mendis Wickramasinghe is a renowned Sri Lankan naturalist, herpetologist, taxonomist and wildlife photographer. Inspired by the diversity of his motherland and a childhood passion for snakes, he has spent over two decades experiencing the forests across Sri Lanka. He will accompany you on safari, pointing out different animals and plants, revealing the park’s fascinating ecosystem and natural secrets.

Meet your healer: Akiko Igarashi, the founder and facilitator of Shima Healing Institute on Koh Yao Noi, will be sharing her expertise in Singing Bowls and Reiki with ÀNI guests for one month only. Guests can experience two different 60-minute Singing Bowl Meditations, one incorporating yoga and qigong for a powerful fusion of movement, breath, and sound. The deep vibrations of the singing bowls release physical and mental tension, creating soothing and therapeutic sounds. Each bowl is unique, with frequencies typically ranging from 110 Hz to 900 Hz, influenced by its shape, diameter, density, and thickness. This uniqueness enhances the meditative experience, making each session distinct and deeply relaxing.

How do I get to ÀNI resorts?
Thanks to our Luxury Inclusions, getting to our resorts is blissfully easy. Private transfers to and from our resorts’ national airports are included. Fly into Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport in Anguilla (AXA); Phuket International Airport (HKT) or Krabi International Airport (KBV) in Thailand; or Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In the Dominican Republic, pick from a choice of airports, including Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Samaná El Catey International Airport (AZS). We will whisk you to our resorts by private boat or luxury vehicle.
For even quicker journeys, we can arrange a private jet from Bangkok to Phuket, followed by a helicopter transfer to ÀNI Thailand, a private seaplane transfer from Colombo straight to ÀNI Sri Lanka, or a private jet from NYC followed by a helicopter ride, flights or a speedboat transfer to ÀNI Dominican Republic and ÀNI Anguilla. Should you wish to arrive in style, we can also arrange luxury yacht charters.
ÀNI guests can use and organize their own private transportation, but we can also assist in arranging every step of the journey, from home pick-ups to the resort and vice versa, thanks to our expert teams and hand-picked partners. We can organize private jet, helicopter and yacht charters. We will also advise on all visa and travel requirements.
Are your resorts Kosher? Do you have Kosher food and kitchens?
We excel at Kosher cuisine (including Passover, Sukkot or Hanukkah). Because our resorts are designed for exclusive use by one group only, we are able to tailor every aspect of the stay, including culinary and dining arrangements. This makes it easy for us to create full Kosherization of our kitchens and premises. We work with certified Mashgichot experts and Kosher suppliers, sourcing items such as Kosher food and wine of the highest quality. We have years of global experience in hosting large groups and families for special multigenerational celebrations, from Passover to Sukkot and Hanukkah. We also offer a special package for Passover, personalizing menus and service for all meals, including Seders and Shabbat. We will be in touch in advance of your stay to gain a full understanding of your Kashrus requirements.
Do you serve Halal food at ÀNI resorts?
Absolutely, we cater to all Halal requirements and work with certified Halal experts in developing our menus and sourcing appropriate ingredients from trusted suppliers. Our culinary team is adept at creating delicious Halal menus, with options for all tastes and all ages. Our team will work closely with you in advance of your arrival to gain a full understanding of your requirements and expectations, adjusting our dining offering accordingly. Our chefs are experienced in creating refined menus to suit family celebrations and special occasions, including Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
