Each dinner was internationally themed such as French, Indian, Japanese and of course, Thai. For each dinner the staff spent hours decorating the dining area which transported us to the country of that night’s cuisine and the staff also dressed the part! To top if off, Chef Yao invited us into his kitchen to teach us how to cook some Thai food….”
